The project
“Fortuna. Governing Uncertainty” is an exhibition that explores how humanity, from the past to the present, has tried to make sense of what it cannot control: from maritime risk in the nineteenth century to the birth of probability, up to the uncertainties of the contemporary world. A journey through historical documents, installations, and artworks that brings memory and the present into dialogue.
Curated by Simona Morini, with works by Jacques Perconte, Roberto Pugliese, and Francesco Santosuosso.
Exhibition design by Lukas Sander and Klaus Mussen.
The exhibition was hosted at Palazzo Ricca, Naples, from September 11 to October 12, 2025.
