The company Servizi Pubblici Spa (Public Services Spa) has entrusted to Ares 2.0 a social media analitycs activity aimed at outlining the citizens’ perception of the social assistance services offered in the 8 municipalities in which it operates.

The goal is to promote its network of municipal pharmacies with the pharmaceutical, parapharmaceutical and wellness services that pharmacies make available to citizens in the 8 municipalities in which they are present.

The ASP intends to organize an effective strategy to analyse the local demand to verify the effectiveness and liking of its new logo. It also intends to develop a georeferenced marketing strategy based on the enhancement of digital web and mobile communication, with the aim to make the services known and then activate loyalty and e-commerce services.

Given this need, Ares 2.0 carries out 3 services:

  • Strategic analysis of the demand for georeferenced marketing of the Asp and testing social services of the new Logo and reputation Asp
  • Planning and launching Communication and advertising campaign via social networks and activation and construction of the commercial website
  • Activating an App
